- Can I use SMART Graphic Designer even if I have no previous design experience?

- Do you have an affiliate program?
- Yes and you can earn up to 50% commissions on sales as one of our affiliates. All members are automatically included in the affiliate program and you can find your affiliate link and promotion materials inside the member area.
- How often is the software updated?
- SMART Graphic Designer will be updated regularly, based on suggestions from our users and any new features we think that can be added to the software. You will be notified each time there is a new update.
- Will there be a charge for future upgrades?
- No. There will be no extra charge for updates/upgrades.

- How Do I Register?

- Is the membership Free?
- No, it’s a paid membership. The fee that you pay for your membership will determine the level of access that you have on the site.
- How Can I Pay?
- We use Paypal for our online payment.
- How much does a Membership cost?
- We have 2 types of membership: Basic and Pro Members. The cost of Basic Membership is $47 one-time payment, and Pro Membership cost $47 one-time payment then $10 a month.
- What is the difference between Basic Member Plan and Pro Member Plan?

- I’m a Basic Member, can I upgrade to Pro?
- Yes you can. You can upgrade to Pro inside the member area for a $10 monthly.
- I’m Pro Member, can I cancel my Pro subscription at any time?
- Yes, you can cancel your Pro subscription at any time. If you cancel your account during the recurring period (after you had been charged) you can still use your Pro account for the entire month that you paid for. After that, your account will be downgraded to Basic account.
- How do I cancel my subscription?
- Subscriptions are managed by paypal. Simply log into your account, find the subscription ( or the last payment made to us ), click on it to view details, there is a "cancel" link at the top of this page
PLEASE NOTE: we are not able to cancel your subscription for you. You agreed to cancel your own subscription upon subscribing.
- I've paid for my membership but still can't access my account?
- You have more than likely not clicked on "CLICK HERE to complete your order" button once you'd completed your PayPal BASIC membership payment. If this is the case, please forward your PayPal receipt to support@smartdesignit.com so that we can activate your account.
- Why Was My Account Canceled?
- Be aware that making financial changes to your PayPal account such as updating your credit card or banking information will cause Paypal to cancel ALL of your monthly membership subscriptions ... including your subscription for your SMART Graphic Designer membership. Also, if your credit card on file with Paypal expires then PayPal will cancel all of your subscriptions.

- Yes we do. We're so certain that you're going to love our tool and features, that we're offering a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If within 30 days after signup you're not satisfied with our SMART Graphic Designer System, we'll refund your money immediately -- no questions asked!

Technical Questions
- I didn't receive my login information?
- Usually the registration email is sent within minutes after purchase, but there are situations were the registration email does not reach the customer. Delays can be caused by few reasons. For instance, when a free email address (Hotmail, Yahoo mail etc.) is used for the registration, there is a chance that the purchase verification will take a bit longer.
Another well-known cause for emails not reaching the customer is spam filters. In ALL cases were we received emails asking us why the registration emails are not sent after the purchase verification had completed, the problem could be traced back to spam filters: the mail was sent but rejected on the side of the customer.
Finally (and this should be obvious but if you count the number of problems we have seen with this it apparently is not): make sure you type your email address correctly.
To help ensure that you receive our emails, add us (support@SMARTDesignIt.com) to your address book immediately. (It only takes a few minutes of your time.)
- I can't log in to my account area. What could be the problem?
- Have you activated your account? (See the confirmation email). Make sure that you are entering your email and password correctly. Passwords are case-sensitive (uppercase and lowercase matter).
- I lost my password. Can you help me find it?
- If you forget your password, you can click the "Forgot Your Password" link. We will then ask you for your e-mail address. We will reset your password to a random value and send the new password to your email.
- I Upgraded To Pro, but I'm Still Showing As Basic Member?
- Which browser is best for optimal view?
- Our website is best viewed in the following browsers: Firefox, Chrome, Safari, Opera and Internet Explorer. If you have difficulty viewing anything on our website, please download one of the above browsers and enable Java.
- How do I contact support if I have further questions?
- Our support team can be reached directly by going to: http://smartdesignit.com/support/. If you have questions about SMART Graphic Designer that aren’t listed here, please submit a ticket to us and we’ll be happy to help.
• Include a thorough description of the actions that led to the problem. If you can, describe briefly what you think caused the problem.
• Include a description of the running OS (Windows 9x / ME / NT / 200X / XP / Vista / 7 or OS/2 or whatever).
• Include relevant information such as descriptions of symptoms and actual (error) messages that are displayed when trying to access the site, system, etc.
